Explore the best of this nation’s food at the Uniquely Canadian Food Experience! 12 host chefs and 12 guest chefs from across the country will prepare food to sample on the show floor. Enjoy freshly prepared snacks every day, as each two-person chef team uses a regional ingredient to create a dish unlike anything else on the show floor. A portion of proceeds will be donated to Community Food Centres Canada.
