Join the fun as McCain lets you sample cocktails with edible toppers throughout the show. You can even pick up the recipes, so you can make them after the show. Will you try the Caesar with Chilli Garlic Bites, or opt for the Roto topped with a Chocolate Brownie Bite?

Tandem YouFlair show.
Watch a tandem team perform a choreographed flair show. A few audience members will be invited to the stage to take part in a flair pour – the waterfall!
Day two
Speed Round challenge
Think you’re the fastest pour in town? Be prepared to live up to your words, as you compete with other challengers for the title. You’ll mix three cocktails – one stirred, one shaken, and one built – and pour a beer into a highball glass. Only the speediest will make it to tomorrow’s finals, so don’t hold back!
Flair Qualifiers
Join us for the qualifying rounds of the flair competition, and come back for tomorrow's finals!
Tandem YouFlair Show
The tandem flair team will return on day 2 to amaze you with their choreographed flair show.
Day three
Speed Round Finals
The fastest Speed Round pourers from yesterday’s semi-finals will be back today to compete for supremacy. Only one competitor can win – maybe it’ll be you!
Flair Finals
You’ve got five minutes to make three drinks, and maximize the flair. If you aren’t participating, make sure you’re in the crowd to cheer the finalists on!
