RC Show 2017 welcomes Chef Dominic who will be sharing his culinary skills in the Quebec Pavilion.
Born and raised in Montreal, Chef Dominic Sylvain received 2 cooking diplomas from ITHQ in Montreal. He has worked at some of the best Montreal fine dining restaurants including ‘’Club chasse et Peche’’. Chef Dominic also worked on the West coast of Canada for a few year to learn is English. He is named the Executive Chef for the delegation of Quebec in NYC and Paris.
