Key personnel to enhance your experience
Charlotte Langley
Culinary Curator
Meet Charlotte Langley, chef and culinary curator of the RC Show 2017!
Chef Charlotte is the brains behind all the food served at this year’s show: RC Nation’s Feast, Culinary Restaurant Experiences, Breakfast With Champions, Bartenders’ Brunch at Midnight, Uniquely Canadian Food Experience, and our on-site tastings.
Experience the same superior hospitality you give your own guests – because here, you’re our guest! From formal events like the RC Nation’s Feast at Casa Loma, to the spirited Bartenders’ Brunch, Restaurants Canada wants you to feel welcome.
But even more, Chef Charlotte says you’ll be inspired by watching others work in collaboration. She’s bringing together an all-star team of chefs from across the country to collaborate on RC Nation’s Feast. And she is assembling a group of local chefs to cook for you at the Uniquely Canadian Food Experience. Want to be part of a collaboration yourself? Form a team for the Bartenders’ Brunch and compete against other teams to win cash prizes and trips!
Be part of the scene at the RC Show 2017 – share ideas and network – taste the past, present and future of the Canadian culinary and foodservice scene – support each other’s growth.
