RC Leadership Conference presented by Pepsico Foodservice, KPMG and BUNN: 2 half-day business builder sessions for single-unit and multi-unit operators, featuring moderator and host Tony Chapman, an impressive panel of speakers, and keynote speaker Joe Jackman of Jackman Reinvents
RC Opening Night Reception presented by Enercare and Golo: Welcoming exhibitors, sponsors and attendees to network while enjoying food and drink
RC Nation’s Feast presented by Coca Cola with support of Tourism Toronto, Canada Beef, Pulse Canada, PEI Fishermen's Association, Canada Bread, Saputo, Canada Bread and Ontario Trout: Celebration of Canada 150, with dinner prepared by Todd Perrin, Jason Bangerter, Robert Belcham, and other top chefs from across Canada
Breakfast With Champions presented by Pepsico Foodservice with the support of Saputo, Sealed Air, Canada Bread, Maple Leaf, Kitchen Aid, Egg Farmers of Ontario and Faema: Keynote speakers Sara Monette and Darrell Bricker, and an industry expert panel discussion
Uniquely Canadian Food Experience presented by PEI Fishermen's Association and Graphic Packaging: 12 chefs served the ultimate culinary tribute to Canada's 150th birthday curated by chef Charlotte Langley
Hunt Camp presented by Blunt Roll and Industry Ink: Home to Chefs Derek Dammann, John Horne & Michael Hunter, Designer Tanya Kelly and Photographer Brilynn Ferguson who all hosted this Chef's club house offering game snacks, a space to sit or mingle
RC Excellence Awards: Leadership - Mohamad Fakih, President and CEO of Paramount Fine Foods, Culinary - Chef Robert Belcham of Campagnolo, Vancouver and Innovation - Food Supplies was recognized for bringing the Fornoteca Duetto 90 second pizza oven
Iron Chef Competition presented by Gordon Food Service: 1st Place - Centennial College, Elif Doganay & Silvia Caputo. 2nd Place - Liaison College, Lakeshore West, Glen St. Jean & Darren Lue. 3rd Place - Humber College, Tina Pistarelli & Joe Way-White
