Once again, the Ontario pavilion will be presented by the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, and Foodland Ontario, and gives food and beverage processors in the province the chance to connect with international buyers. Watch for the excitement of the Iron Chef competition, and taste local foods made fresh daily from the Humber College Food Truck.
Quebec
The province of Quebec is known for its sense of hospitality and love of food. And this year, for the first time, Quebec is coming to the RC Show! The Quebec pavilion will feature the best of fine cheeses, pork & poultry, fish & seafood, chocolate, and much more. Talk to the people who run these businesses – often family members and small business owners – and learn how their passions can drive your business.
PEI
The smallest province packs a big punch when it comes to food and produce! Visit the PEI feature for the finest in oyster, lobster, beef, and potatoes. Be impressed by the bounty provided by the province’s farmers and fisherman. Celebrate the beauty of Prince Edward Island – and don’t forget to come hungry!
Manitoba
Restaurants Canada is thrilled to welcome the province of Manitoba to the RC Show for the first time. Manitoba is putting a diverse group of companies with innovative products in front of buyers and decision-makers. Look for pies-on-the-go, wild rice, birch syrup, and Rawnata, a family-owned business committed to using high-quality organic, flourless ingredients to make healthy and great-tasting snacks.
